This one is another family favorite. Great for all the peanut-butter lovers!
Here's the recipe:
3\4 cup peanut butter
2 oz margarine
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 egg
1\2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1\3\4 cup plain flour
Mix peanut butter, margarine, sugar, water and vanilla sugar; add egg, salt, baking powder and flour. Form cookies and bake for 15 minutes (temp. 180C or 350F)

Anna, this is one of my favorites cookies. My Mom would make these ALOT when I was a little girl.
I have Rocko at home today sick with the cold..he hardly slept last night because his nose was all stuffed up. And then Rob woke up with a migraine although he starts to feel better now..
I think I might make these cookies for them after lunch!

My husband LOVES peanut butter cookies. This recipe sounds very similar to mine.
