Little furball is growing

Wow, this little one is growing so fast! I can hardly believe now she was blind and completely helpless when I found her. She grew about twice bigger, and it seems she's moving all the time, which is why it's so difficult to take a good picture of her.

We don't have a name for her yet, though. Suggestions, anyone?

Hey, what about Chavvah? It means, to breathe, or to live! I think it is an appropriate name!

Hi Anna! Your little kitty has grown so much, & my children would love to help you find a name for her. Some suggestions from them are: Soot, Faye, Tippy, Sierra, Eve, Skipper. And my pick is Esme.

Have a wonderful day, Brenda

Laura,

Chavvah, like Eve? :) Sounds a bit too grand for such a little kitty...

Brenda, wow, so many suggestions! I'll have to think about it ;)

She looks like a "Harriet" to me. That or "Lulu".

Anna,
I agree with the last comment you posted on Michelle's site about the delete button. Too much bickering back and forth over there right now so I have stayed away. I wish to not be dragged into all that.
What cute little kitten! It has the funniest wide-eyed expression on its face in that picture, too! :) I hope you are able to come up with a suitable name for her. (i am way better naming horses and dogs otherwise i would offer to help!)
Take care! I am off to start my shift!!

I think she's curious about the camera here; well, she's curious about everything so she has those big round eyes all the time :) So cute!

You could call her Georgina, for Curious George... the female kitty version.

Bad idea, I know. :)

Anna,
I like to give animals titles with their names like "Dr." or "Mr." or "Mrs." We gave a military title to one. Good luck with the names!

Tee hee, CoffeeBean! :D

I like "Lucky" or "Fortune" or something along those lines, perhaps in a different language (makes it seem more exotic!)?

It's wonderful she's doing so well. I assume all felines are getting along?

God Bless!

A sweet name would be Grace or Gracie, because by grace she was found. :o)

Or what about Chocolate or Pepper. I had a cat named Mittens, and I have a cousin who named their cat,Missie and Anakin! She looks like an Ebony, or Midnight, as Hannah my little 6 year old sister suggests! My Mom said Spook! What about Eowyn, or Arwen!Rosie is a good name too! What is it's character. Name it after it's character. Send me a discription of it's character, and I will find a name to match it! Caleb said Twitchy!

There are a few names! Hope you can find something suitable!

Wow!! I think we're just going to do a drawing ;)

PandaBean: we made an introduction, and they are just ignoring each other!! Or more like, Big Kitty thinks Little Kitty is too small to be noticed ;)

Aww how cute! So glad to hear she is doing so well. How about Sephy? That was the name given to a little lost kitten my friend had found at work a good few years ago, and I loved it. Or maybe Jade or Penny? Let us know what you decide!

My mom just gave me the best idea!! What about Miracle? It was a complete miracle that you found her and were able to save her and care for her. And, it's a miracle that she's alive and doing so well!! :)

... This, too, will be entered into the drawing, which will be held in a couple of days. :)

Has she met your other cat yet?

Anna S said...

We made an introduction, but it seems that Big Kitty doesn't really take her for a cat yet! That's weird.

I love kitties! She's adorable. If you haven't picked a name yet, I thought of a few...

Pixie (since she's so tiny - any idea how big she'll get to be?)

Copy (since she's black - as in carbon copy - or Copy Cat... I know, it sounds silly, but I had a couple of "Copy Cats" growing up, though I wasn't the one who named them, and it seemed to be a perfect name for them.)

Dora (it means gift)

... Name meanings are actually pretty important to me, at least when it came to my children. My husband doesn't know it, but the names of both our boys, and even the ones we agreed upon for when we have girls, all have the exact same meaning... "Gift of God". That is what they are, after all.

What a beautiful kitten! I just kind of stumbled across your blog as I was meandering through the Ladies Against Feminism site today. Good stuff. As I am such a sucker for anything with fur, I couldn't help but notice your little beauty here. I have 4 myself, plus 7 sugar gliders. Aren't they wonderful friends? Anyway, you'll probably hear more from me at some point, I am throughly enjoying your site here!
