Shavuot
Wishing all my Jewish readers a very happy Shavuot - the day we got the gift of Torah! May your holiday be infused with holiness and joy of spending time with your precious ones.
I have really enjoyed your blog and all of your wisdom. I also enjoy learning a little about the Jewish faith. I get the magazine "Above Rubies" (www.aboverubies.org) and the publishers are of the Jewish faith. If you don't already get that magazine (it is on a donation basis so if money is tight they actually send it for free) I think you would thouroughly enjoy it.
Thank you for sharing all of your journaling thoughts with everyone...I so heartily agree with you a lot of the time, but in my blog I can't seem to bring myself to actually share any personal thoughts! Just factual things concerning my craft/quilting projects.
Well, you have a good week. If you have a minute to answer a question (if not, don't worry), do you write in another language and then have the blog translate to English, or do you write in English to begin with? I was just curious. I have a friend whose family is from Iran and they speak Arabic but also English (better than I do!)
I'm not sure what you mean about "Above Rubies" being a Jewish magazine. I have a link to their website on my sidebar and as much as I like to read it, the content is obviously Christian.
