A new friend

I found this kitty about three weeks ago, abandoned in a shoe box in a park. She was around 3 weeks old then, a lonely, helpless orphan that had to be fed around the clock at first. It sure was time consuming, especially during the move, but thankfully, kittens grow up fast and it isn't very long until they turn from helpless babies to playful, adventurous little explorers.

Some of my friends already know about this new addition, and are anxiously awaiting an update. So, here she is - the lucky survivor of most unfortunate circumstances.

She has no name yet. Any suggestions?

Oh how cute! I couldn't resist taking her in. I bet Shira and Tehilla will enjoy playing with her. Hope you are having a wonderful holiday season.

She almost looks like a little mouse!! I think that would be hilarious if you named her that... "Mouse" a cat called mouse... hehehe... or maybe what mouse is in another language if it sounds better.

Five years ago a tiny kitten wandered into our garden on the New Year. It was a very hot week and if we didn't give her food and water she would have died. She was so tiny and it took us ages to build up trust. Five years on Charlie is now very much part of our family. She is the perfect cat in every way and I am so glad we she came to us for help. I don't know why people treat animals so badly or dump them as they give so much love to us humans. She still doesn't trust others very much, but that is ok, she knows those that do and who will give her a safe home and comfort. Animals don't forget those who helped them, as your little kitten will to you.

I second Piper. It's cute and energetic-sounding, and she does look vocal! :)

Oh! I do like Rose's suggestion of "Jackie"! And it was wonderful of you to take on the extra care of another "baby" while trying to balance moving and taking care of two other little ones at the same time. I know she will grow up to be a wonderful companion to your entire family.
