Above and below

 Below: herds of cows, sheep and goats
 Above: birds gliding in the sky. 
It's the same bird, only captured at a different angle. A hawk? An eagle? I'm not sure, really. Perhaps one of you can tell.

If your bird was in Montana, I would say it was a golden eagle. Too heavy in the body to be a hawk or falcon, so most likely the most common type of eagle for your area.
