Some yarn again

Just thought I'd share this little photo of a work-in-progress, a round frilly poncho I'm making for Shira.
It's nice to... I was about to say, work on some special project again, but then recalled that actually, every day of our life here can be considered as a special project.

At any rate, it's good to be crocheting again - and I might even be able to finish this one before winter fully sets in!

I'm so glad you are finding the time to crochet Anna. The best thing about handwork is that you can pick it up and put it down in the small moments available.

I admire people who can crochet. A couple of ladies from church tried to teach me, but after two weeks all I had was a twisty, twenty inch worm, two "layers" thick.

Hello Anna, This inspires me to keep going in all the lovely projects that I desired to get finished. Your sweet little daughter will just love it.
Blessings, Roxy

Cute! I wish I could crochet but I was taught by my sister who is left handed and I'm right..so I crochet like a lefthander. It's an odd thing lol!

I love it! When I was about eleven, my mother aleha hashalom made me a beautiful red and blue poncho that is still precious to me today- I keep it decoratively in my home- because of her work and love.
Thank you for sharing this.
